The Man/woman In The Mirror

When you look in the mirror what do you see? Perhaps more importantly, what do you feel? The answer to this question - how do you feel about yourself? is the essence of your emotional, physical, spiritual, psychological and social development.

If you do not love, value and appreciate yourself, how can you truly expect anyone to love, value and appreciate someone as unworthy as you may think you are. More importantly, for your family and loved ones if you do not love, value or appreciate yourself how can you sincerely love another. Go Far - Be A Deep Threat - Visualize Your Victory!

Visualize, Actualize, Realize. Be committed to your
goals. Think long term, have a plan and execute it
to perfection with style and grace.

FAR Principle: Remember this Success Equation…
Faith + Asking= Results (FAR). You indeed will go
FAR on this principle alone. Faith and Asking go to
very essence of our inner being. We’ve all had
examples of how faith works in our lives, haven’t
we? Think for a second about the last time you had
real faith in something and it came true. If you have
faith, all things are possible!

After talking with Grappler #1 (G1), you learn that this grappler
was:

- very confident, showing little or no self-doubt about wanting to achieve the BJJ BB

- very athletic and had been involved with martial arts since he was a child

- a black belt in a traditional martial art
