How to Lower Your Blood Pressure Naturally: The Benefits of Physical Exercise

Physical exercise can play a key role in helping to combat high blood pressure. The key is to find an activity that worksfor you and stick with it.

Although the risk of high blood pressure (hypertension) increases with age, there are some things you can do to combat it. One of the biggest is exercise.  Regular physical activity makes your heart stronger. A stronger heart can pump more blood with less effort. And the less your heart has to work, the less force, or pressure, that’s exerted on your arteries.

Know When to Avoid Repetition

Always know when you should avoid repetition

In some regards for marketing repetition is a powerful tool. The more a person hears or sees something the more likely they are to take it to heart and to remember it down the line. This is used by many marketers to get their message across, and that’s why you’ll see similar advertisements over and over again in the span of a short period of time.

There are, however, certain moments in marketing where the exact opposite is going to be true, and that repetition has a habit of getting in the way. Newsletter printing is one good example of this.

Are ‘They’ With You or Against You?

Who is ‘they’ in your organisation? ‘Sales‘? ‘Marketing‘? ‘the Executive Board’, ‘Customers‘? Do ‘they’ seem to be making your job harder to do? Do you ever hear stuff like (or catch yourself saying): “this job would be fine if it wasn’t for ‘them’!” This mentality is caused by individuals’ and groups’ perceptions of each other - ‘them’ - that over time start to appear to be the truth.

Who is ‘they’ in your organisation? ‘Sales’? ‘Marketing’? ‘the Executive Board’, ‘Customers’? Do ‘they’ seem to be making your job harder to do? Do you ever hear stuff like (or catch yourself saying): “this job would be fine if it wasn’t for ‘them’!”, “nobody tells me anything”, “‘they’ move the goalposts all the time”?

Journaling After A Bible Study Or In Prayer With Jesus

Amazing grace flows from the heart of the Lord towards His children and as we wait for Him to speak, He will! We can write it down and read it later. It is so wondrous what He says to us as His love cannot help but reach out and enjoy His children.

Sometimes or most times we get the answer to our petition or a new idea or an interpretation to a dream we had. There is nothing quite so thrilling when you see it come to pass according to the words you wrote from Jesus. Such bliss knowing He cares enough to listen and respond.

Owen Wilson - Suicide, Depression & Anti-depressants

As a minister and life purpose coach dealing intimately with people and their inner issues, I’ve seen and heard a lot. Most importantly, I’ve experienced suicidal tendencies and depression in my own life. At the age of 12 years old, I was so miserable and demoralized living with my step-mom far out in the country away from all my friends, I also contemplated killing myself.

Later as an adult when after 5 years of marriage, my ex-wife told me she had been having an affair and cheating on me, I experienced my own ground zero. Processing my pain and turning the mess into a message by way of a book that equally wrote me, I learned how to engineer a Breakthrough for a Broken Heart.
