The federal capital of Australia Canberra attracts a great number of tourists from all across the globe. It is home to National Parliament apart from several other government bodies and attractions. Most of the federal government departments, Australian War Memorial, High Court and several other important institutions are there in the capital. The five large town centers lying in the valley of Canberra region define its premises. Belconnen, Woden, Tuggeranong and Queanbeyan are parts of Central Canberra. You will find most of the tourists visiting in the Central Canberra. Canberra has a relatively distinct culture, different from the other Australian cities. Being relatively young and been established through a modern way of planned development, the city boasts of the presence of some fine architectural buildings. Many of these buildings are situated on hill tops which is a magnificent sight to behold. At times, Canberra can over power tourists but it is worth the time and effort to explore the sites here.
